At the foot of the Sierra del Moncayo, in the heart of the Iberian Range passing through Aragon, is our cellar. Given the proximity to Vera Moncayo and its location in the province of Zaragoza, the beauty and richness of the environment in which we make our wines are incomparable.
With the aim of combining tradition and technique, from the beginning committed to a way of craft production. All work in the vineyard, from pruning to harvest, is done entirely by hand, which makes our wines PdM Moncayo retain the purest flavor of this land,
Learned from our parents, we have recovered the traditional practice of stomping grapes, craft technique that has proven effective for the removal of all the qualitative potential of a good grape. The incorporation of new practices to traditional forms of development allowed sweeten the harshness of the climate of the region itself.
In Payments Moncayo we have a team of people passionate about creating wines and committed to our philosophy of craft production.

In late 2011, the family of Payments Moncayo was enriched with the addition of Louis Van Ekeris Geirnaerdt and Eugenie, bringing his extensive experience in the sector and the company providing new tools for marketing and internationalization.
Although a relatively young winery, already has recognition in the international arena. With our work we try to continue to share our passion for wine with increasingly enamored of this culture worldwide.
Payments Moncayo is the result of a family illusion transmitted through our wines and experience the passion fruit of centuries of tradition in the cultivation of wine grapes in the land of Campo de Borja.
