The winery Pagos del Moncayo
Since 2006, our Pagos del Moncayo winery makes wines from the Garnacha and Syrah grapes of the Aibar family's vineyards. Our philosophy is to make wines with the utmost respect for the environment and that clearly reflect their origin. To obtain the maximum quality and honesty in our wines, we apply artisan methods both in the care of the vineyard and in the vinification process in the winery, using our own hands and feet and making the most of the natural resources that surround us. All these efforts have been recognized and certified by the European Union within the Eco-Prowine project.
