Pegaláz is a very controlled dimensions winery, located in the special enclave Mallos Riglos in the Aragonese prepirineo, and where one of those mallets, fire, gives its name to the wine.

The winery, which stands next to the vineyards, is half-buried on a hill, which facilitates the development process and provides a high thermal inertia of the building.
