Quality Champagne from Piper-Heidsieck
Piper-Heidsieck winery wines
The Piper-Heidsieck winery in France today remains faithful to the ambitions promises of its founder, to make a wine worthy of a queen and to have a scrupulous serenity to make wines of the highest quality. For this, Régis Camus, elected seven times the best Caves Chef of all the sparkling wines in the world, is the one who orchestrates all the good work of this bicentennial House.
Piper-Heidsieck champagne is born in its 65 hectares distributed by areas of magnificent recognition in the Champagne region such as the Montagne de Reims, Côtes Blanco, Côtes de Bar, Sézanne and Marne Valley and from some small producers who follow their philosophy to be able to buy them grapes. Among the three traditional strains, Pinot Noir occupies a privileged place giving structure to its wines.
Brut is the Piper-Heidsieck winery's champagne of reference, where the house brings together more than 100 carefully selected wines and with 10-15% cuvée wines, from other vintages, they manage to correct the capricious changes of nature, balancing the wines of the current vintage and perpetuating the signature of the Brut without vintage. All types of Piper-Heidsieck champagne are vinified plot by plot to respect the typicality of their origin.
