Winemaking Alquezar Blanco
Winemaking Deposits: Stainless steel.
Fermentation: Controlled temperature at 17ºC to enhance the varietal character.
Time: 10 days.
Production process: After a cold maceration of the must with the skins for 2 hours at a temperature of 10ºC, it ferments, once clean, at temperatures of 17ºC for approximately 1 day to develop and save the maximum aromas. We stop the fermentation by cold and filtration so that there are a few grams of sugars without fermentation.
What kind of wine is Alquezar Blanco
The white with the most refreshing needle combines the Gewürztraminer white grape to offer us an ideal wine for the younger palates.
The Pyrenees winery
Bodega Prineos is founder of the Somontano origin. It has a unique roots and social support in Somontano thanks to the participation of more than 200 winegrowers from the regional cooperative.
To the experience of a large winery group, and the most expert professionals in Somontano, we add a historic rainfed vineyard adapted to the rural environment.
Respect for the past. Tradition. Bet on the future. Innovation. Foreign varieties coexisting with indigenous varieties of great oenological value. Miscegenation.
The wines are born from this unique land and mature in the Somontano microclimate until they become solid, original and personal wines, the fruit of the perfect balance between foreign grape varieties and autochthonous varieties, of great oenological value.
