In 2011 Plantations begin in a field near Les, in the Valley of Aran, about 700 meters high. The high altitude will be from here an identifying feature of Bodegas Bal Minuta, in addition to the location next to the Pyrenees. The objective is to obtain grape varieties to make a markedly experimental wine.
In 2015 The fruits of the first harvest of the fields of Barbenuta are collected, from which came the first non-commercialized wine from Bodegas Bal Minuta, the "Wine of the Snows". It was processed and bottled in the Agroalimentary Business Incubator of Adecuara, in Biescas.
