It is made from Albariño wine aged on lees. A different and original way of approaching this type of drink that gives it a unique personality. St. Petroni red vermouth is macerated with 29 native Galician botanicals that are not commonly used in the most common vermouths. The vermouth rests for a few days and is finally filtered and bottled.

The Vermuteria de Galicia winery
Vermutería de Galicia is a young winery located in Padrón (La Coruña). The authenticity of the vermouths it produces is given by the raw materials from the Terras de Iria area, in the Padrón Valley. To make their vermouths, they grow their own Albariño grapes in a vineyard on the Pazo de Arretén estate in Padrón, a winery with the Rías Baixas designation of origin, using the traditional formula that makes it 100% natural.
