Tasting notes: Lemon yellow color with greenish tones. On the nose it is intense and clean with a strong aroma of traditional Verdejos, fennel, and low forest. Very well harmonized. On the palate it is fatty and long, with a lot of structure and great persistence. It is very sweet at the entrance.
