- TASTING NOTES: View: With a lively and elegant shine shows yellow to green tones, with steely flashes, denoting the latter the youth and freshness of the wine. Nose: With floral aromas, rose petals and violets along with fruity aromas, especially lychee and ripe banana, also citrus; Is a wine markedly varietal, with an end that resembles yeasts and pastries, as well as with limestone notes typical of the rest on their lees. Mouth: A spectacular and very expressive attack on the varietal character of the Gewürztraminer. Voluminous, dense and fatty in its wake and with a postgusto to meringue, very ripe banana and ginger.
The time of harvest is carefully chosen to obtain the greatest amount of varietal aromas. Once in the cellar, the maceration lasts for four hours at 10 degrees. Later, the wort is fermented at medium temperatures (18 degrees) to respect the varietal character of the wine, when it finishes, the wine rests on its lees to extract the last aromas and gain complexity.
