Our payment "El Enebro" is located just three minutes from our winery, which allows us to transport the grapes quickly and start working the musts with the greatest care and care, avoiding the loss of the aromas contained in the skins. After de-stemming, we refrigerated the grapes to a temperature of 6ºC and made a maceration of wort and skins for seven hours. Afterwards, we let the must run off, which partially fermented, giving rise to our Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer.
