Elaboration of Enate Varietales
The grapes of each variety arrive at the winery with excellent quality. Each variety performs fermentation separately in stainless steel tanks at 28 ° C for Cabernet and Merlot and around 26 ° C for Tempranillo and Syrah. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels, in which it is aged for eighteen months.

The Enate winery
The winery decided from its beginnings, in 1992, that the pairing of oenology and contemporary culture would be an essential feature in its character.
