Elaboration of the Laus Tinto Reserva wine
The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature after a 48-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration. For a better extraction of aromas and polyphenols, pumping over, delestages at certain times and pigeage (gently treading on the hat) are carried out. After malolactic fermentation, we take the wine to new French oak barrels from different forests and cooperages.
What kind of wine is Laus Reserva
Wine with 13 months of aging in French oak barrels to achieve, through micro-oxygenation, the integration of the grape with the contribution of the wood.
