The Monasterio de Veruela winery 

The Monasterio de Veruela Wineries are the local project led by women, in which the environment and experience are the main factors of their philosophy.
Located in Ainzón, the wineries have a long history and a high heritage value, in which their wines are developed. Such as, for example, the different underground concrete caves of approximately 600 square meters, where the wines are taken to rest until they reach their proper point of maturation.

Belonging to the sparkling cava wines. The largest production of these sparkling wines is found in the Alto Pendes, but we can also find great cavas in the Aragon region, as is the case with this cava.
