Variety of grapes used in Orben Crianza
Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyards: From a selection of 79 micro plots of an average of 0.30 ha in the environment of Laguardia. The vineyard was planted in a glass between 1945 and 1954 in a calcareous clay soil and has an average yield of 4,000 kg./ha.
Wine pairing Orben Crianza
Stewed and flavored white meats, small and large game, mushrooms and sheep cheeses. It is ideal to accompany with goat and suckling lamb, especially with some cutlets to the vine shoot.
