Its operating philosophy is based around the Verdejo grape. Located in La Seca (DO Rueda).
It produces white wines, wide, tasty and with character. The base is in its old vineyards of the Verdejo grape. The age of its vineyards is between 35 and 45 years.
This winery makes its mendimia at night in the month of September, and its selection of grapes is done manually to maintain a homogenity of its maturity.
It is fermented 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% in 10,000 ls French oak vats.
Once the fermentation is finished, the wine remains on its own lees in the tanks for 4 months to obtain an adequate structure and density.
