Variety: Ink of the country (tempranillo 100%).
This organic wine is made 100% with organic grapes from our 22 certified hectares.
Soils: Mix of five different soils from the areas of Fuentecén, Fuentemolinos, Roa, Sotillo de la Ribera and Pardilla. They are located at an altitude of between 800 and more than 900 meters. These are very old and very stony soils, developed in terraces of the tertiary era from red marls, conglomerates and continental sandstones.
