Winemaking Particular Garnacha Old Vine
The pre fermentative and post fermentative maceration is carried out for 30 days, with daily pumping over, and at a temperature of between 28ºC and 30ºC. After malolactic fermentation in barrels for one month, it is transferred to tanks for stabilization and aging in barrels for a minimum of six months and a maximum of 14 months.

It has been operating under this name since 1954. Initially the wines were sold in bulk, but in 1957 the first studies were carried out to install a bottling plant, which was inaugurated in 1962.
